The Design Process Behind the Rings
STEP ONE: MIXING
To begin, the rings are made from two part activated resin. In order to ensure the ring sets, we carefully measure out exact 1:1 ratios of activator and resin, to create the highest quality and structually sound rings. This process is a crucial step in ensuring our satisfaction guarantee for all our customers.
STEP TWO: TRANSFERRING
The next step in our design process is to carefully use a syringe to transfer the resin mixture into our various shaped molds. We cautiously move the materials into the molds, and fill them up in order to limit the number of air bubbles in each ring.
STEP THREE: STIRRING
In order to further reduce the amount of airbubbles in the rings, we stir and remove the remaining trapped air particles within the ring. This, along with other tactics, allows us to create superb rings for purchase, as we aim to have no defects in each of our rings.
STEP FOUR: DESIGNING
Nearing the end of our design and production process, we carefully add pieces of flowers, colouring, or gold foil into the ring to add an element of elegance into each one of our hand-made rings. Additionally, the rings are sanded on all surfaces to remove any and all inconsistencies caused from the molding process. By the end of the process, the rings are ready to be tagged and sent off for the final step!
COMPLETION
After tagging the rings and tracking the inventory, we finally get to see the rings in all their beauty!
