The outcome of a purchase is aimed to satisfy our customers as the top priority, and refund policies will follow this same foundation. All sales are final, unless defective. Ringsense is commited to providing highest quality products at an affordable price, and therefore, any defects warrant an exchange free of cost. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping from ringsense is not available. Instead, limited pickup is available to various locations. Please contact us to arrange a pickup location, time, and date. Pickup is limited to the local Calgary, Alberta area.
